Title:
PRR 7225, EFS-17M, 1964
Description:
Extra Board. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken near Massillon, Ohio, on 23 March 1964. Partially visible here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #7225, an EFS-17M built by GM-EMD in December of 1957 and retired in September of 1964 following its virtual destruction in this railway accident. The names of the photographer and of the Track Workers pictured here, as well as the road number of the self-propelled crane at the right, are not recorded.
