| ICPX 14016 was at the ICL-IP Chemical Co. facility at Gallipolis Ferry, WV on 8-12-2015. A very similar car was here, at pretty much the same location, a year or so ago. Note the gray paint wearing off and revealing a light red to pinkish color (primer?). This car is lettered for phosphorous service and has a DOT/safety placard in the holder. |
