ICPX 14037 was at a chemical plant near Gallipolis Ferry, WV on 8-07-2014. Previous history unknown-note the "ICPX" is in a different font than the rest of the car's lettering. The gray paint is peeling in many places. This car has a hose or tube down about the middle but I don't know what the purpose is. This car has a safety placard in red and white, with code 1381. I can't decipher the symbol in the top part of the placard. This was all I could capture of this car, due to other cars blocking the access. |
