Elliot #1 switcher (part 1)  Contributor's Pick!       
Seen at the yard of Buncher Railcar Services, a refurbisher and scrapper of railcars. This is no longer used and seems to always be sitting in the same place. For reference purposes I am still listing this as Elliot #1 because it does not have a new roster number.
